INTERMEDIATE TRAINING PLAN

This four-day split program is designed for lifters who have a solid foundation in resistance training and are ready to advance their strength, hypertrophy, and overall performance. The program emphasizes progressive overload, proper form, and balanced development through compound lifts and targeted accessory work. Aim to train four days per week with rest or active recovery days in between.

I coach men of all skills and abilities, whether that’s wanting to lose body fat , build muscle or become a healthier version of themselves , to holiday and photo shoot prep or bodybuilding preps.

I have worked with hundreds of clients and walked the walk myself by placing 2nd in my fist ever bodybuilding competition , competing in 2bro novice classic physique division.
