pre-order policy
At GYMFYT, we’re hyped to offer you early access to our first official launch through pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving exclusive items ahead of general release — before they sell out.
Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase GYMFYT items before they are physically in stock. Your item is then reserved and included in our upcoming production run. This guarantees that you'll receive it once it’s manufactured and ready to ship.
Estimated Dispatch Date
Pre-orders are expected to ship from [20th June 2025]. This is an estimated timeframe and may change due to production or shipping delays. If any changes occur, we will update you via email.
Payment Terms
Full payment is taken at checkout when you place your pre-order. This secures your item and confirms your place in the production queue. You will receive an order confirmation immediately and tracking details once the order has shipped.
Shipping Information
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send tracking details straight to your inbox.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready (unless otherwise stated).
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your item is locked into production and cancellation may not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Our standard returns policy applies to all pre-orders. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to request a return or exchange by completing our Returns Form. Items must be:
✔️ Unworn
✔️ In original packaging
We do not accept returns on worn, damaged, or customised items.
Legal & Consumer Rights
GYMFYT operates in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item (except for customised or tailored pieces).
If you'd like to cancel or return your order once it has arrived, please use the Returns Form and we’ll get back to you with next steps.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, there may be rare instances where delays occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. supplier issues, customs, strikes, or extreme weather). We’ll keep you informed, but GYMFYT cannot be held liable for delays caused by such events.
