Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange request.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be returned via our official process (see below)

  • Underwear and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Custom or tailored items (via our FYT for All service) are non-returnable unless faulty

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect

How to Return an Item

  1. Complete the Returns Form at www.gymfyt.com/contact
    (This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.)

  2. You’ll receive return instructions by email, including our return address.

  3. Package your item securely and post it back to us.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem.

  • Input “Exchange” on the Returns Form

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If your exchange isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your returned item (or proof of postage)

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged

  • For faulty items, we’ll cover return shipping — just let us know via the Returns Form

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Complete the Returns Form and input “Faulty/Incorrect Item”

  2. Upload photos if requested

  3. We’ll cover return shipping and send out a replacement or issue a full refund

Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Only)

If you are a UK customer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Complete the Returns Form within 14 days

  • Return the item in original condition within the following 14 days

This right does not apply to:

  • Customised items (e.g., tailored gear via FYT for All)

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or worn condition

Dispute Resolution

If you feel your issue hasn’t been resolved through our standard process, you may contact:

  • UK Trading Standards

  • An independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider
